What size should I choose?
AUGIE caps are designed for a comfortable everyday fit. You can view our size guide to help you choose the right option for adults and kids.
How should I care for my cap?
Gently hand wash in cold water when needed. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Allow to dry naturally in the shade.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking details via email.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If your cap isn't quite right, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout Australia, with international shipping available on a case-by-case basis. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Will there be new colours or Special Editions?
Yes. Alongside our core Founder Edition collection, we'll occasionally release new colourways, collaborations and Special Editions. Join our mailing list to hear about them first.
