If it's not quite right
We want you to be delighted with your AUGIE purchase. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make the process straightforward and fair.
Change of mind
- Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
- All original tags and product cards must remain attached.
- Original product packaging must be included.
- Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a different size or colour, we're happy to help, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and items must meet the same eligibility conditions as change-of-mind returns.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll offer a refund instead.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, is faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll ask for a brief description and, where appropriate, some photos so we can understand the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll provide the appropriate remedy. Where applicable, AUGIE will cover the reasonable costs associated with returning and replacing the affected item.
How to request a return or exchange
Simply get in touch through our Contact page with:
- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos if your item is damaged or faulty.
We'll guide you through the next steps.
Here at AUGIE, we'd much rather help you choose the right product before you order than have you need to return it afterwards.
