Every AUGIE order is carefully packed and dispatched from Palm Beach on Queensland's Gold Coast. We take the same considered approach to packing your order as we do to designing our products, so it arrives ready to wear and enjoy.

Where we ship

Australia

We currently ship throughout Australia.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout, so you'll only pay for the service that best suits your location and delivery preference.

International

We're working towards offering international shipping in the future.

If you're located outside Australia and would like to purchase an AUGIE cap, we'd love to hear from you. Get in touch and we'll do our best to help where we can.

Dispatch

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery

At checkout you'll be able to choose between available delivery services, including Standard and Express shipping where available.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Regional and remote areas may require a little longer.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping
$15 Australia-wide.

Express shipping
$20 Australia-wide.

Free standard shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $149 or more.

You'll always be able to review your shipping options before completing your purchase.

Delays and delivery issues

Once an order has been collected by the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

If your parcel appears delayed, arrives damaged, or you think something isn't quite right, please get in touch. We'll work with you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
