Shipping policy

At AUGIE, every order is carefully packed and dispatched from Palm Beach on Queensland's Gold Coast. We take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and in the same considered condition in which it leaves us.

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship throughout Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Available options may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Where available, estimated delivery timeframes will be shown during checkout.

Order processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new product launches, public holidays or busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control.

Incorrect shipping details

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it has been dispatched, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

We're working towards offering international shipping in the future.

If you're located outside Australia and would like to purchase an AUGIE cap, we'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch and we'll do our best to help where possible.
